How to Activate A Vault Debit Card

1 - Before you start paying with your card, you need to activate it

Click on the "Card" icon at the bottom left of your dashboard

2 - Then click on "Activate Card".

3 - Decide between "Prepaid plastic/virtual card" or "Debit card" It depends on what you ordered Prepaid cards are VISA and Debit cards are MASTERCARDS.

4 - Now you need to insert data of the card you ordered.

Prepaid card will be ready to use.

Debit card needs to be verified after uploading your documents once again The process of KYC full verification may take up to 3 business days.

IMPORTANT: Please note before you can start using your card, you will need to complete the second part of the KYC process. This process is automatic, you do not need to take any action on your part. As soon as this process is successfully complete you will receive an email notification that your card is ready for use. This process typically takes 3-4 business days but in some situations it can take up to 14 business days.
